If anything goes wrong, customers can complaints and concerns with us, anytime. We promise to listen to your issues carefully and resolve the same as soon as possible. If needed and under unavoidable circumstances, we will also refund the entire amount under specific conditions.
- If order has been cancelled by customer two days before to date of delivery, customer will be entitled to take full refund of money.
- If customer complains for quality of products which has been delivered, Flowers N Plants will first inquire about the case and if it’s found true, customers will get all refund of money or product will be replaces as customer desired.
- All mails regarding cancellation or refund should include specific details about the Order, Cancellation Reason, and Refund Account Status. Order cancellation mails should be sent to email@example.com with the subject: Cancellation Request.
- Refund of money shall be made only under the following conditions:
- Order was not delivered to the recipient.
- Order was cancelled at least Two day before delivery date
- In case of order cancellation, payment will be refunded after deduction of 25% charge for order processing fee and other expenses.
- The total refund amount will not exceed what has been paid by the customer. Flowers N Plants will not be liable for any claim or loss beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.
- Any discount or exemption amount cannot be claimed for refund.
- In all matters related to refund and cancellation, Flowers N Plants shall have the deciding hand.
